Our Services. NJT CPA delivers Bookkeeping Services, Business Tax Preparation, Payroll Services, Business Consulting, Financial Planning. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://njtcpa.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NJT CPA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. NJT CPA does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, NJT CPA's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify NJT CPA from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by RI law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in RI for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
